Thomas Marciniak joined Peoples Bank, Elkhorn, as vice president. Marciniak has more than 33 years of commercial banking experience. Marciniak will also oversee the Silver Lake branch of Peoples Bank, which is expected to open in 2007.
Locatelli Financial Management, Milwaukee, hired Dave Babel as head of its tax department and Tina Scudder as an accountant. Babel has 23 years of experience in the accounting industry. Prior to joining Locatelli Financial Management, Scudder worked for Michael J. Moczynski CPA, Oak Creek, for 12 years.
North Shore Bank, Brookfield, promoted David Potter to chief lending officer. Potter will oversee North Shore Bank’s entire commercial, consumer and mortgage lending activities in Wisconsin and Florida. Potter joined the bank in 1984 and most recently served as senior vice president of commercial and consumer lending.

He has more than 13 years of experience in marketing and communications. The Brookfield office of M.A. Mortenson, Minneapolis, hired Eric Ruethling as an assistant project manager and Michelle Wuerl as a project administrative assistant. Prior to joining Mortenson, Ruethling served as a superintendent for Air Products and Chemicals, Allentown, Pa. Wuerl previously served as a project manager assistant for Construction Resources Management, Waukesha.
