Kolb+Co., Brookfield, hired Michelle Adam and Lilly Halstead as senior accountants, Julie Tadlock as manager of accounting and auditing and Daniel Yocum as a staff accountant. Adam has more than six years of accounting and auditing experience. Halstead has more than 10 years of accounting and auditing experience. Tadlock has more than 15 years of accounting and auditing experience. Yocum holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and economics from St. Norbert College.
Jannsen & Co., Waukesha, hired Kelly Bourdo in account services and Jordan Jabusch as a technology help desk specialist in the technology services group.

Advertising & Public Relations

Bader Rutter & Associates, Milwaukee, promoted Jordanna Carstensen to senior account executive, Bill McLain, Sara Wiroll and Anna Janusz to account executives and hired Kimberly Schoessow as a writer in the public relations group. Carstensen joined Bader Rutter in 2003 and most recently served as an account executive. Wiroll and Janusz joined the agency in 2005 as a writer. Schoessow holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing communications with an agriculture emphasis and a minor in animal science from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls.
Chip Kreis joined Versant, Milwaukee, as Web developer. Kreis has more than nine years of experience in Web design and application development. Prior to joining Versant, Kreis served as an application developer for Trisept Solutions, Milwaukee.
Boelter + Lincoln Marketing Communications, Milwaukee, promoted Michael Stodola to creative director. Stodola joined Boelter + Lincoln in 2000 and most recently served as associate creative director.
Epic Creative, West Bend, hired Andrew Burbach as account manager and video producer, Brian Gundrum as traffic coordinator, Justin Kruger as production assistant and Chris Lorch as videographer and photographer. Burbach has more than 15 years of video production experience. Gundrum has more than 14 years of experience in the printing industry. Kruger holds a bachelor’s degree in history from UW-Madison. Lorch holds a bachelor’s degree in radio, television and film from UW-Oshkosh.
Tammy Gilpin-Ripp joined KW Advertising, Brookfield, as an account supervisor. Gilpin-Ripp has more than 10 years of agency experience and previously served as an account executive for Zizzo Group Advertising and Public Relations, Milwaukee.
Amy Werner joined Johnson Direct, Brookfield, as an account executive and marketing advisor. Werner has more than 10 years of experience in marketing communications and previously served as program director for the Eisner American Museum of Advertising and Design, Milwaukee.
Symone Huley joined Scheibel Halaska, Milwaukee, as administrative assistant. Prior to joining Scheibel Halaska, Huley served as an intake specialist with the Milwaukee office of MHN, San Rafael, Calif.
Noise Branding Communications, Milwaukee, promoted Dave Kotlan to vice president. Kotlan joined the agency in 2005 and most recently served as assistant vice president.

Glenn Petersen joined Fox River State Bank, Burlington, as director
emeritus. Petersen has 15 years of experience in investment banking. Petersen is a co-founder of Car-X Associates Corp., Schaumburg, Ill.
The Waukesha location of Amcore Bank, Rockford, Ill., promoted Linda Casey to commercial relationship manager and officer and hired Penny Foust as a treasury management relationship manager and vice president. Casey joined Amcore Bank in 2003 and most recently served as senior commercial sales assistant. Foust has 14 years of banking experience.
Marine Bank, Wauwatosa, promoted Darci Miller to senior vice president. Miller joined Marine Bank in 2005.
She has more than 15 years of experience in the financial services industry.

Dana Investment Advisors, Brookfield, promoted Joe Veranth to chief investment officer and Rob Leuty to senior vice president. Veranth joined the company in 1994. Leuty joined in 2002. Both Veranth and Leuty have 20 years of investment experience and previously served as portfolio managers for Dana Investment Advisors.
Mary Schroeder joined CB Investment Services, a division of Community Bank & Trust, Sheboygan, as an investment executive. Schroeder has more than 23 years of investment, insurance and banking experience.

The Milwaukee office of J.H. Findorff & Son, Madison, promoted John Cliffe to director of operations.
The Brookfield office of M.A. Mortenson, Minneapolis, hired Jason Geschke as a design phase coordinator, Michael Glen as a project engineer, Deborah Lyman and Paul Nagel as project accountants, Michele Hardin as an administrative assistant, Michael Peterson as a field engineer and Joe Irish as a construction executive.
Tammie Brings joined Paul Davis Restoration of Southeast Wisconsin, Milwaukee, as a marketing representative. Prior to joining Paul Davis, Brings served as territory sales manager for Start Renting magazine.
Mindy LeBeau joined VJS Construction Services, Pewaukee, as administrative assistant.
Cynthia Kania joined Creative Business Interiors, West Allis, as an account manager and interior designer.


Tricia Roskamp joined Quest Continuing Education Solutions, Brookfield, as manager of client services. Prior to joining Quest, Roskamp worked for Wells Fargo Advisory Services, a division of Wells Fargo, San Francisco.
The UW-Milwaukee Small Business Development Center (SBDC) promoted Tim Peterson to director. Peterson joined the SBDC in 2003 and most recently served as interim director. He has 15 years of professional experience.


Amy Schneider joined National Survey & Engineering, a division of R.A. Smith & Associates, Brookfield, as a landscape architect. Schneider has more than three years of experience as a landscape architect. She holds a bachelor’s degree in natural resources and a master’s degree in landscape architecture from the University of Michigan.

Health Care

Jennifer McTavish joined Arthritis Foundation, Wisconsin Chapter, West Allis, as public relations and development coordinator. McTavish holds a bachelor’s degree from Wisconsin Lutheran College.
Community Health Charities of Wisconsin, West Allis, added eight individuals to its board of directors, including: Sara Krill, principal with Stanton Healthcare Management, Waukesha; Marcelo Corpuz III, a partner with Michael, Best & Friedrich, Milwaukee; Beth Korth, chief operating officer for Holt Smith & Yates Advisors, Madison; Dave Kemp, director of retirement plans for Virchow, Krause & Co., Madison; Kim Kindschi, executive vice president of Wisconsin Business Development Finance, Monona; Franciene Gill, vice president of human resources for YMCA of Greater Milwaukee, Milwaukee; Bob Hoepfner, vice president of private banking for Town Bank, Hartland and Marlene Lauwasser, a community volunteer and Mequon resident.
Craig Stoehr, chairman of The Milwaukee Mile, West Allis, joined the board of directors of the American Heart Association serving the Milwaukee metropolitan area.  He will also serve on the Executive Committee of the organization’s 2007 Heart Walk.


Hays Companies of Wisconsin, Milwaukee, hired Holly Banse as an account representative and Kendra Johnson as an administrative assistant. Banse has more than 13 years of experience in the insurance industry. Johnson has more than three years of experience in the insurance industry.

Legal Services

The Delafield office of Weiss Berzowski Brady, Milwaukee, promoted Susan Marguet and Ann Chandler to partner. Marguet joined the firm in 1999 and focuses her practice on real estate, litigation and municipal law. Chandler joined Weiss Berzowski Brady in 2001 and focuses her practice on real estate law.
Peterson, Johnson & Murray, Milwaukee, hired Ryan
Fetherston as an attorney. Fetherston holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of St. Thomas and a law degree from Marquette University Law School.


Cornerstone Design Limited, Franksville, hired Chris Larson, Joe Lininger, Dan Pica and Jon Schneider as mechanical engineers.
Rex Sprietsma joined Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM) as director of statistics and market information. Prior to joining AEM, Sprietsma served as manager of electronic marketing and market analysis for WestfaliaSurge, Naperville, Ill.


WDDW 104.7 La Gran D and WBWT Channel 38 TV Azteca America, Milwaukee and Racine, promoted Rick Kartz to local sales manager. Kartz joined La Gran D in 2005 and most recently
served as a senior account executive. He has 15 years of experience in the advertising industry.
LaToya Dennis joined WUWM 89.7 FM – Milwaukee Public Radio, Milwaukee, as a reporter and producer. Dennis previously served as a general assignment reporter for WKAR AM/FM, East Lansing, Mich. She holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Michigan State University.

Real Estate

The Milwaukee Region offices of Coldwell Banker Real Estate, Parsippany, N.J., hired Sonja Mays and Mary Leach-Sumlin in the Downtown office, Michele Thompson in the Glendale office and Nancy Harris and Diana Nugent in the Metro/West office.
Irgens Development Partners, Wauwatosa, hired Kristy Klug as senior marketing coordinator, Katie Anderson as information specialist and Kelly
Glander as assistant to the property management team. Lisa Southern joined Irgens Health Care Facilities Group as administrative assistant.
Dave Bachowski joined the Lake Country office of Shorewest Realtors, Brookfield. Bachowski has 10 years of experience in the real estate industry.


Joana Miranda joined David Liska Custom Jeweler, Milwaukee, as a design associate. Miranda holds an accredited jewelry professional degree from the Gemological Institute of America.

Social Services

Kathryn Laufenberg joined Hunger Task Force, Milwaukee, as associate director. Prior to joining Hunger Task Force, Laufenberg served as program operations manager for Twin Cities RISE!, Minneapolis. She holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology from the University of Minnesota.

Craig Gadberry joined Software One, New Berlin, and vice president of North American sales. Gadberry has 13 years of channel development and sales experience. Most recently, Gadberry worked for Microsoft, Redmond, Wash.
