Michael Bahr, an architect and project manager for Plunkett Raysich Architects, Milwaukee, will serve as the secretary of the Wisconsin Council on Library and Network Development (COLAND), Madison. Bahr will also serve as chairman of the editorial advisory committee to Wisconsin Architect magazine, Madison, the publication for the American Institute of Architects (AIA) Wisconsin.
