as traffic manager. Irelan Karas holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the

Marsha Miller-Dillman joined DBA Marketing Communications, Delafield, as account supervisor. Miller-Dillman has 15 years of sales and marketing experience. She holds a bachelor’s degree in advertising with a minor in design from Kent State University.
Blue Horse, Milwaukee, promoted Tod Kinunen to chief financial officer. Kinunen joined Blue Horse in 1994 and most recently served as controller. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from UW-Milwaukee.

Northwestern Mutual Financial Network, Milwaukee, hired Sheila Anderson as a personal associate financial representative and Marvin Shoenherr as a financial representative with the Neumann Financial Group, Brookfield.
Wauwatosa Savings Bank, Wauwatosa, promoted Judy Gebhard to assistant vice president of retail delivery and Alan Clementi to assistant vice president of commercial real estate lending. Gebhard joined the bank in 1988 and most recently served as director of retail sales and district manager. Clementi joined Wauwatosa Savings in 1999 and most recently served as senior loan officer.

The Milwaukee office of M. A. Mortenson, Minneapolis, promoted Cindy Finstad to construction executive. Finstad has been with Mortenson for more than 12 years. She holds a bachelor’s degree from UW-Oshkosh and a master’s degree from UW-Whitewater.

Engineering
Jim Morrow joined the surveying division of National Survey & Engineering, a division of R.A. Smith & Associates, Brookfield. Morrow has eight years of surveying experience in both residential and commercial site development and boundary surveying. He most recently served as a land surveyor for Washtenaw Engineering, Ann Arbor, Mich.
Michael Stumpf joined R.A. Smith & Associates, Brookfield, as a senior community planner and project manager in the municipal engineering services division. Stumpf has 15 years of experience in economic development and comprehensive planning.

Leasing Agencies
Tom Rude joined First Business Leasing, Milwaukee, a division of First Business Financial Services, Madison, as vice president of business development. Rude has about 25 years of experience in equipment leasing and finance.

Kris Gotzmer joined Ansay, O’Neil, Cannon, Hollman, DeJong, the Port Washington office of O’Neil, Cannon, Hollman, DeJong, Milwaukee. Gotzmer focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, business management and operation, succession planning, general corporate and real estate. He holds a law degree from the University of Denver
College of Law.
Kathleen Rinehart joined Whyte Hirschboeck Dudek, Milwaukee, as an attorney. Rinehart has 25 years of experience and will head the firm’s education practice. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Marquette University, a master’s degree in arts for teachers from the University of Chicago and a law degree from Marquette University Law School.

Jason Parry joined 89.7 WUWM – Milwaukee Public Radio, Milwaukee, as a development specialist. Parry previously served as assistant director of media relations for the Milwaukee Brewers Baseball Club for six years.
