Easton Wright was installed as postmaster in Waukesha, serving Waukesha and New Berlin with 218 employees, 97 city routes, 12 rural routes, and more than 51,000 daily deliveries. Easton began his postal career in 1994 as a city letter carrier at the Martin Luther King Station after serving nine years in the Navy. His management background includes supervisor for customer services at the Western, Harbor and Martin Luther King branches as well as station manager at the Teutonia Branch.

Fred D’Agostino has joined Tower Protection Corp. in Pewaukee as chief of operations. Previously, he was a police officer with the City of Rosemont, Ill. He is retired from the Air Force.
Jane E. Hosmanek Kaiser has joined Ad Quest Promotions, of Racine, as an account executive. Kaiser continues in her role as president of Communicator for Hire Inc., a Franklin-based marketing communications and public relations consultancy.
Eric Arnold, Scott Fleager and Megan Moyer have joined AQS in Hartland. Arnold joins AQS as a training specialist. He to AQS with diverse experiences teaching and training in multiple settings, from college and grade school classrooms to corporate and client training. He most recently worked for Marshall Swift/Boeckh (MSB) where he started as an insurance services instructor and later became the Internet training administrator, developing the company’s first online training curriculum. Arnold has a bachelor of science degree in secondary education from Winona State University in Winona, Minn. Fleager was hired as a senior developer in application development. He has more than 20 years of commercial insurance industry experience with a focus on development in software technology. Fleager will be part of AQS’ Version 2 software support team. He was previously employed by AQS for 20 years and was key in the development of the Version 1 and Version 2 software system architecture. The past three years he has worked with AQS as an independent contractor and consultant. Moyer joins AQS as a marketing communications specialist. She comes to AQS with eight years experience in marketing communications at software, communications and Internet companies. Moyer was previously employed at Boeckh. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business from UW-Oshkosh.
Katherine Birk has been named human resources manager for Wauwatosa Savings Bank. In addition, Janet Agnello has been named organizational development manager. Birk and Agnello will be located at the bank’s new Corporate Center at 11200 W. Plank Court in Wauwatosa.
Tim Smirl has joined Creative Business Interiors, West Allis, as an account executive. He has more than 20 years of experience in interior design, architecture and furniture design. He had worked for Dar-Ran Furniture.
Steven W. Nicoson has joined STS Consultants in Milwaukee as a senior geotechnical project engineer. He received both a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and a master’s degree in geotechnical engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Patricia Seiloff has joined the Fitzgerald, Clayton James & Kasten insurance agency in Mequon. She joins as an account manager in the professional department. Her experience includes more than three years in the commercial department of Robert, Ryan & Associates and 11 years with Mazzie & Co.
Ellen Winters is the new executive director of the Westown Association in Milwaukee. She was with Metro Networks, a local newswire service, for the previous three years.
Richard Tovar has been named medical director of emergency services at St. Nicholas Hospital in Sheboygan. A member of Infinity HealthCare, Tovar has 10 years of emergency department leadership. He attended the University of Texas Medical School and completed his emergency medicine residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin, where he served as assistant clinical profession from 1988 to 2000.
David Flack has joined Ruekert/Mielke as GIS analyst in its technology services department. He has municipal experience in both geographic information system technology and planning. He holds a master’s degree in urban planning and GIS certificate from UW-Milwaukee’s School of Architecture and Urban Planning. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in civil and environmental engineering, from UW-Madison.
Gino Carini has joined J.H. Findorff & Son in Milwaukee as director of business development. A Wisconsin native, he graduated from the University of Arizona, Tucson, with a degree in business administration, and spent much of his career in San Diego. Most recently, he was vice president of national accounts from Joseph William & Associates.
Michael H. Altman has joined the law firm of Michael Best & Friedrich as a partner in the corporate and business Law practice area. Altman received a B.A. in 1989 from the University of Pennsylvania and a J.D. in 1992 from Washington University School of Law. Prior to joining MB&F, Altman was a partner at Altheimer & Gray in Chicago.
Michael Danz has returned to the Mandel Co. as executive vice president, in charge of new client development. Danz was an executive with the company for 22 years before taking a two-year hiatus.
Julian Marsh has joined the service department of AOS in Hartland. Marsh is a project manager in implementation services. Marsh most recently worked as a principal consultant at AE Business Solutions. Prior to that he worked for Rebus Insurance Systems, based out of London, England, a company that sells insurance software to European and international companies. While at Rebus, Marsh was manager of concurrent implementations. He has also held roles as a quality assurance consultant and a software testing coordinator.
Jim Kotek has been promoted to the position of executive vice president, North America, at Orbis in Oconomowoc. Kotek joined Orbis 12 years ago. Most recently he was general manager of the automotive business unit, leading all functional and operational efforts serving the automotive industry.
Sara Kopidlansky has joined The Redmond Co., Waukesha, as a project designer. Kopidlansky is a recent graduate of UW-Milwaukee with a bachelor’s degree in architectural studies. She has previous design experience as an intern with an architectural firm in Illinois.
Patrick Hawley has joined R.A. Smith & Associates in Brookfield as a project manager in the transportation division. Hawley joins R.A. Smith with 11 years of experience as a transportation project manager, most recently employed as the traffic section director for HNTB, Milwaukee. He holds a bachelor of science degree in civil engineering from Marquette University and a master of science degree in civil engineering from Texas A&M University.
Jesse Daniel has joined Klein Internet Marketing Group, Sussex, as systems administrator. He previously worked for a Green Bay information technology firm. Daniel holds an associate’s degree for microcomputer specialists, earned at Northeastern Wisconsin Technical College.
Donald Jose has been promoted to vice president, commercial trust-employee benefits, by Marshall & Ilsley Trust Co. Previously, Jose was an assistant vice president. He has been with M&I since 1997. Jose earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Mary, Bismarck, N.D., in 1982.
Ronald Koy has been hired as the general manager of Openfirst, Milwaukee. He was formerly with the business communication services division of Moore USA Corp. Frank Decicco has been hired as the senior director of information systems. He also was formerly with the business communication services division of Moore USA. Nell Connelly has been hired as a program coordinator managing financial accounts.
Marjorie Horvat has joined Inland Companies a vice president and will oversee a portfolio that includes the management and leasing of 250 E. Wisconsin Ave. Horvat has more than 26 years of experience in all aspects of commercial real estate. Her last eight years have focused on the supervision of a portion of a large portfolio, which repositioned a 305,000-square-foot office building preparing it for sale.
