Phill Barufkin has joined Bader Rutter & Associates, Brookfield, as a senior brand strategist in the agency’s brand asset management group. Barufkin has more than 20 years of experience in account planning, brand marketing and consultation for national brands with marketing agencies in New York and Chicago and, most recently, through his own consulting business.

Patricia Matthews was recently promoted to senior vice president of NMSBank, Milwaukee. She previously served as vice president. Matthews has worked with the bank for over 15 years.
Bank Mutual recently named Thomas Kendall district manager of its Greenfield, Kenosha, Racine-Douglas Avenue, Racine-Regency Mall, Janesville, and Beloit bank offices. Wendy Wanta and Tina Mueller were recently named bank office managers of the Mequon bank office and the Howell Avenue bank office respectively. Catherine Healey was recently named assistant vice president of Electronic Banking Services at the bank’s corporate headquarters located at 4949 W. Brown Deer Road, Brown Deer.

J. P. Cullen & Sons Inc. has hired Amalia Piehl as executive assistant in the firm’s Brookfield office. Piehl graduated from UW-Parkside with a bachelor’s degree in business marketing and is a member of the Direct Selling Association.
Balestrieri Environmental & Development Inc., Elkhorn, recently added Benjamin Bray as project coordinator, Nathan Kawlewski as project manager and Nicole Williams as accounting manager. Stephen Jandrowski was also named project manager, but will continue his responsibilities as safety coordinator for the firm.

Karen Ivantic-Doucette has been named director of palliative care for Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare. She has more than 30 years of experience in a wide variety of areas in health care, education, leadership and program development both nationally and internationally. She is a family nurse practitioner with a practice emphasis on complex disease management including HIV/AIDS and end of life care. In this system-wide role, she will work with palliative care practitioners and physicians to provide operational leadership to improve the experience and quality of life for patients with advanced or chronic diseases.

Marcus Hotels & Resorts, Milwaukee, has promoted Chris Anderson to senior vice president, sales, marketing and brand development. Anderson previously served as vice president, sales, marketing and revenue strategy. Anderson joined Marcus Hotels & Resorts in 2007 as vice president, sales. Prior to joining Marcus Hotels & Resorts, Anderson spent 16 years with Marriott International.

Dueco Inc., Waukesha, has promoted Ron Koosman to vice president of sales for the western region and added Jim Kraschinsky as vice president of sales, central and eastern division.
Waukesha-based Spancrete has promoted Dick Baumgartner and Davin Stitgen to the new roles of project managers where the two will work closely on projects from initial project conception to final completion. Baumgartner has more than 25 years of service at Spancrete and has been involved in every phase of Spancrete’s precast business, including drafting, production and field construction. Prior to his position as project manager, Baumgartner recently held the position of quality control manager at the Spancrete facility in Valders, Wis. Stitgen has worked at Spancrete for over five years as an engineer in the company’s drafting and engineering department.

Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee recently named Eric Tillich vice president of donor relations. Tillich comes to Boys & Girls Clubs from Lutheran Services Florida where he served as its vice president of agency advancement. His previous experiences includes campaign manager for Concordia University System Endowment Fund in St. Louis, vice president of development at the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra, assistant vice president of advancement for Marian College in Fond du Lac.

Germantown-based company IDL Solutions recently added Hilde Wagner as government strategist. Wagner has more than 30 years of experience working with IT in the government sector including serving as a senior technical advisor, contracting officer representative, project officer and network operations branch chief in various offices of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and the Department of Defense.
