Naperville, Ill.-based Sikich LLP has promoted James Wagner to partner-in-charge of its manufacturing and distribution practice. Wagner will retain his role as a partner in Sikich’s Milwaukee office. He has more than 30 years of experience in public accounting and specializes in cash flow analysis, multi-state tax issues, and sales and use tax compliance. Throughout his career, Wagner has advised a variety of manufacturers and distributors. In his elevated role at Sikich, he will head the manufacturing and distribution practice while also working on business development in service lines such as accounting, audit, tax and technology.

Brookfield-based LePoidevin Marketing has promoted Angela Mork to account supervisor/strategic content development. Mork has been with the agency since 2011, when she was hired as senior account executive. Among her new responsibilities, she will lead marketing efforts for clients, including planning and rollout of advertising, public relations, social media and content marketing efforts.

Baird Advisors has added bond portfolio managers Duane McAllister and Erik Schleicher and analyst Joseph Czechowicz.
American Bank, based in Fond du Lac, has expanded its team at its Waukesha location with commercial loan administrator Linda Hertneky and personal bankers Julie Shaw and Karen Southern. The bank also recently appointed Thomas Gannon to the newly created position of vice president of commercial banking.
Chicago-based MB Financial Bank has added Paul Hennessy as market executive for its Franklin office. Hennessy comes to the bank from Wells Fargo Bank’s Milwaukee office, where he served as a vice president and senior relationship manager. He has close to 20 years of experience in the Milwaukee market. In his new role, Hennessy will manage the Franklin office and guide a team of relationship managers concentrating on middle market businesses across southeastern Wisconsin.
Waukesha State Bank promoted Kevin McElmeel to bank manager of its Silvernail Road office. McElmeel is taking over for Mondi Flores, who is transitioning to head the bank’s West Sunset Drive branch. Flores is succeeding Nicole Miller, who will become bank manager of the Oconomowoc office. Each of the three will focus on daily operations, including business development, personnel management, customer service, lending, relationship management and community service at their locations.

Milwaukee-based Forrer Business Interiors Inc. recently promoted Scott Mullins to vice president, sales. The company has also promoted Tracy Dzbinski to manager, business process and technology, and Cory Chappell to marketing coordinator. Menomonee Falls-based Scion Dental has named Gail Buenger vice president of operations. Buenger previously worked for Navigant Consulting Inc. and is well versed in strategy execution, change acceleration, systems thinking, and relationship development and management.

Hays Companies of Wisconsin has added Brad Van Swol, vice president, to its Milwaukee area office, located in Wauwatosa. Van Swol will be responsible for growth initiatives in the property/casualty and employee benefits segments. Van Swol has devoted 24 years of his career to the insurance industry and has worked for Lumbermen’s Underwriting Alliance and Pennsylvania Lumbermens Mutual Insurance.
Waukesha-based R&R Insurance Services Inc. has named Jeff Szalacinski director of strategic planning. Szalacinski has more than 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. He has managed insurance operations, agency relationships, business planning and risk management. He previously served as regional vice president for Liberty Mutual Insurance.

Hill has more than a decade of experience in supply chain and, prior to joining Wixon, was senior materials manager of Little Lady Foods in Elk Grove Village, Ill. She has also worked in contract manufacturing and inventory control at Kerry Ingredients & Flavours in Beloit. In her new position, she will handle purchasing materials, negotiating pricing, managing inventory and sourcing.

Creative Alliance Milwaukee has named Carol Voss director of communications and special projects. Voss previously devoted 13 years to serving as public relations and marketing director of IndependenceFirst. She also helped found the Chill on the Hill concert series. Earlier this year, Voss was elected a school board director of Milwaukee Public Schools. At CAM, she will head projects, oversee the placemaking initiative at 4th Street and Wisconsin Avenue in downtown Milwaukee, and will take the lead on organizing a new annual event that CAM is hosting with Innovation in Milwaukee (MiKE).

Cousins Submarines Inc., headquartered in Menomonee Falls, has appointed Scott Lewis director of information technology. Lewis has more than 10 years of experience in retail-based technology. He most recently served as information security manager at Foot Locker. He has also worked as the lead technical security analyst at Kohl’s Department Stores. At Cousins Subs, he will head information technology and help implement technological advancements.

Paragon Development Systems, headquartered in Oconomowoc, has appointed Ram Udupa vice president of product management. Udupa has more than 35 years of experience in telecommunications wireline and wireless infrastructure, applications, solutions, services and data analytics technology. He most recently was chief executive officer at QUIM Analytics Inc. In his new role, he will lead product and services development in the health care, corporate, government and education sectors.
