Kristal Kaiser has joined Milwaukee-based Boelter + Lincoln Marketing Communications as production manager. Prior to her new position, Kaiser served as an assistant at the Waterford Area Chamber of Commerce and as a communications specialist at Snap-On Tools in Kenosha.
Zizzo Group Marketing + PR + New Media, Milwaukee, has hired Heather Markovich as a PR account executive and James Brown as an account executive in marketing. Markovich will focus on clients in entertainment, retail and nonprofits, and Brown will work with clients in the financial and medical industries.
Nalani Services Inc., a marketing firm located in Menomonee Falls, has hired Michelle Haga as a copy and graphic design developer.

WaterStone Bank, Wauwatosa, has promoted Ian Konrath to assistance vice president of human resources. Konrath has been with WaterStone since 2005 and prior to his new position was the director of human resources. Before working for WaterStone, Konrath managed human resources for Balistreri & Associates Physical Therapy.
First Bank Financial Centre, Oconomowoc, has hired Dawn Van Dusen as a home loan lender. Van Dusen has more than 20 years of experience in the industry. In her new position, she will serve clients in Dane, Dodge, Jefferson, and Waukesha counties.
Associated Bank has hired three executives to add to its Milwaukee-area team. Kate Kucharski will serve as vice president and manager of talent acquisition and will focus on both internal and external recruiting initiatives. Jasin Pasho will serve as senior vice president and relationship manager in the commercial banking sector, developing and overseeing a portfolio of relationships with commercial clients. Charlie Wang will serve as vice president and database administrator and will work on the bank’s new enterprise data warehouse project.

Miron Construction Company Inc., has added project coordinator Amy Firkus to its Wauwatosa office. In her new position, Firkus will help project managers with record keeping, submittals, budget tracking, financial controls, scheduling, organization of construction, project closeout, and owner occupancy.
Consulting
New Resources Consulting, Milwaukee, added Chris Drosdick to its staff. She will work as an inside sales manager.
Education
Angela Mancuso has been appointed senior director of external relations at Mount Mary College in Milwaukee. Mancuso, an alumna of the college, has more than 15 years of leadership experience in nonprofits. She will help the college maintain relationships with alumnae and community members and leaders. Mancuso will also manage staff preparing celebrations for the college’s 100th anniversary.

Haag Muller Inc., Port Washington, has expanded its staff adding project architect Jeremy Hartline, associate design coordinator Tom Lawrence, and administrative assistant Jackie McCoy.
Arnold & O’Sheridan Inc. hired David Schneider as a mechanical engineer in its Brookfield office. Schneider has more than eight years of experience as a mechanical project engineer.
Government Organizations
Jamie Kuhn has been appointed director of intergovernmental relations by the Milwaukee County Board. Kuhn has more than 12 years of experience at the Wisconsin State Capitol. In her most recent position she served as chief of staff to the state Senate majority leader. In her new position, she will advocate for Milwaukee County legislative issues at the State Capitol.
Health Care
The BloodCenter of Wisconsin in Wauwatosa has appointed Dr. Matt Karafin and Dr. Rachel Bercovitz as associate medical directors in transfusion medicine. Both doctors will also serve as assistant professors of Pathology at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Wauwatosa, associate investigators at the BloodCenter’s Blood Research Institute, and transfusion physicians at the BloodCenter’s partner hospitals.
Physiatrist Dr. Mark England has joined the staff at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Wauwatosa, Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center in Milwaukee, and Froedtert East Clinics. He has been named assistant professor of physical medicine and rehabilitation at the college and sees patients at both medical facilities. England completed both a residency and his doctorate degree at the Medical College of Wisconsin.
The Medical College of Wisconsin and Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin, both in Wauwatosa, have added pediatrician Dr. Erica Chou. Chou will serve as assistant professor of pediatrics at the college and will see inpatients at Children’s Hospital. She completed her doctorate degree at the Medical College of Wisconsin and fulfilled her residency in pediatrics at the University of California at Irvine.
The Sleep Wellness Institute has added Dr. Alexander Villareal to its staff at its West Allis and Mequon locations where he will serve as a sleep physician.
Scion Dental, Menomonee Falls, has added Andrea O’Donnell as a member customer care representative, Cheryl Lowe as a provider customer care representative, Rita Fuchs as a claims processor and Sheng Lee as a claims processor.
Stowell Associates, Shorewood, has appointed Miriam Oliensis-Torres as clinical director of the agency. Oliensis-Torres previously owned Geriatric Support/Pathway Care which she co-founded in 1988 and managed until September of this year. The company has also welcomed Jan Homan as a nurse. Prior to her new position, Homan offered nursing services at Lakeview Nurse Associates, an organization she founded in 2000 and ran until September of this year.

Legal Services
Michael Best & Friedrich LLP has added Patricia Jenness as an associate in the Litigation Practice Group at its Milwaukee office. Jenness previously served as a law clerk for U.S. District Court Judge William E. Callahan Jr. from 2010-12.
Matthew Vanderpool has been named an associate in the Health Law Group of Quarles & Brady LLP’s Milwaukee office. Vanderpool’s legal experience includes giving transactional and regulatory advice, review, analysis, and devising health care transactions for hospital systems.

Kevin Piechowski has joined TLX Technologies, a Waukesha-based manufacturer of custom electromagnetic parts. He will serve as a manufacturing engineer and has more than 20 years of experience in mechanical design, product support and process improvement.
Troy Mendez has been appointed production manager by Pro-Cast Inc., Brookfield. Mendez will be in charge of daily operational responsibilities including production, shipping and installation.
Retail
Open Pantry Food Marts of Wisconsin Inc., Pleasant Prairie, has promoted Justin Borchardt to vice president and controller of the company. Borchardt has worked for Open Pantry for nine years in various positions including internal auditor, financial analyst and most recently accounting manager. In his new role, he will monitor accounting operations and internal controls at the highest level of management.
Senior Living Communities
Eastcastle Place Senior Living Community, based in Milwaukee, has added Angela Rager and Anna Dorsey to its staff as recreation specialists. Rager comes from Integrity Family Services in Milwaukee where she has been a crisis counselor for at-risk youth. At Eastcastle Place, she will organize recreational and art activities centered on life enrichment for residents. Dorsey previously worked as an activities assistant at Heritage at Deer Creek Assisted Living in New Berlin. In her new role, Dorsey will work with residents in the facility’s Bradford Terrace Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation units.
Technology
OneProspect Technologies, the information technology subsidiary of the Milwaukee-based Potawatomi Business Development Corp., has appointed Ted Heim chief executive officer. Heim most recently served as chief operating officer of West Systems Group in Colorado Springs, Colo.
Chad Lammert has joined Wonderbox Technologies, Mequon, as a technical editor. The software company has also hired Thomas Conjurski as chief operating officer.
Montage Talent, Delafield, has appointed David Hammond to vice president of sales. Hammond will work to advance the company’s client relationships and expand the company’s presence. Hammond previously worked as president of Wonderlic, a provider of assessments and surveys for both hiring and student selection.
