Ron Cockle was hired by Johnson Bank, of Racine, as vice president and mortgage production manager. Cockle has more than 32 years of banking and mortgage sales experience. While he will have an office at Johnson Bank’s Mount Pleasant location, he will work in all of the bank’s market areas. Johnson Bank also recently appointed Benjamin Pavlik to vice president, legal, compliance and risk manager, for its wealth division. Pavlik has more than eight years of banking, regulatory and compliance experience. He will work out of downtown Racine. Additionally, the bank has named Scott Holan vice president and fixed income portfolio manager for its wealth division. Holan has more than 15 years of experience in investment and portfolio management. He will work out of downtown Racine but will also work in markets from Green Bay to Kenosha.
Milwaukee-based Generation Growth Capital promoted Thomas Nye to vice president. Nye has been with the firm since 2012. Prior to joining the firm he worked as an associate at Robert W. Baird & Co. Inc.

Education
Allan Mitchler has been appointed vice president of enrollment services at Cardinal Stritch University in Milwaukee. Mitchler has more than 21 years of experience working in higher education. His career includes positions as vice president for the Kellett School of Adult Education and vice president for enrollment management at Lakeland College as well as dean of enrollment management at Benedictine College in Kansas. Since 2011, he has been a vice president and owner at the higher education consultancy firm CREDO. In his new leadership role, Mitchler will provide direction to Cardinal Stritch University’s marketing, undergraduate admissions, graduate admissions, financial aid and registrar offices.
Engineering
R.A. Smith National, headquartered in Brookfield, has promoted Karen Wiesneski to marketing manager. Wiesneski has been with R.A. Smith National since 1989. In her new role, she will help develop strategy and direct marketing programs, as well as hold responsibility over the marketing department’s operations, budgeting and marketing communications program.
Health Care
Rogers Memorial Hospital, in Oconomowoc, added Suzie Chenault as a recruiting and sourcing specialist. During her career, Chenault has served in a variety of human resources and recruiting positions. In her new role, she will focus on growth and development as well as stabilization of inpatient staffing. She will also be responsible for leadership recruitment.
Freedom Physical Therapy Services added Dr. Morgan Mathias as a staff therapist to its Fox Point office. Mathias earned her doctorate in physical therapy from Marquette University in 2013. Her background includes advanced orthopedic work through Marquette University, treatment of professional and pre-professional dancers, and biomechanical motion analysis research. She has additional industry experience in athlete screening and injury prevention.

Marcus Hotels & Resorts, a division of Milwaukee-based The Marcus Corp., recently named Tom Mason managing director of the Grand Geneva Resort & Spa in Lake Geneva. Mason has more than 30 years of hospitality experience. The company also promoted Ed Carrella to corporate director of restaurants. Carrella previously spent three years as general manager of Mason Street Grill. Eric Grimm will replace him as the new general manager of Mason Street Grill, and Cristina Gliatis will fill the role of assistant general manager.
Marcus Theatres, a division of The Marcus Corp., named Ann Stadler vice president and chief marketing officer. The company also recently promoted Sonny Gourley to senior vice president of the film department and Kim Lueck to vice president and chief information technology officer. Stadler previously worked as vice president of marketing and communications for United Way of Greater Milwaukee. Gourley has been with Marcus Theatres since 2013, when he joined as vice president of film buying, and Lueck has been with the company for 17 years in a variety of information technology positions.

Diversified Insurance Solutions, based in Brookfield, added Kim Knauf as account manager, property and casualty. Knauf previously served as manager of client services at Benefits Inc. in Brookfield. The company also recently hired Brittany Herrick as a benefit plan analyst, employee benefits. Prior to joining Diversified Insurance Solutions, Herrick was in a management role at Enterprise Rent-A-Car.

Walcheske & Luzi LLC, headquartered in Brookfield, added attorney Jesse Dill to its employment law team. Dill’s practice will center on litigation and compliance counseling.
Buelow Vetter Buikema Olson & Vliet LLC, located in Waukesha, added Brett Schnepper to its employee benefits team to advise public and private sector clients on benefits, retirement and welfare plan design. He will also advise clients on Internal Revenue Code, COBRA, HIPAA and ERISA compliance. Prior to joining Buelow Vetter, Schnepper worked for the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation, representing the state of Illinois in administrative hearings.
Godfrey & Kahn, S.C., headquartered in Milwaukee, added Richard Latta to its corporate practice group. Latta’s practice focuses on corporate and partnership mergers and acquisitions, corporate and partnership reorganizations, tax-optimized debt and equity restructurings, business acquisitions, corporate banking and lending transactions, representation of banks before the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. and state banking authorities, corporate governance issues, venture capital, tax law, and succession planning for closely-held businesses.

Wixon, based in St. Francis, added Dr. Meredith Schneider as director of industrial ingredient sales. Schneider has more than 12 years of experience in the nutritional and functional food industry. At Wixon, she will help develop and direct strategies implemented by Wixon’s national sales team for industrial ingredients.
Nonprofit
Curative Care Network, of Milwaukee and Waukesha Counties, has promoted Jayme Moker to the newly created position of chief program officer and vice president of vocational services. Moker has been with Curative Care Network since 2003, when she was hired as a case manager. She was then promoted to vice president of case management services, followed by a promotion to vice president of case management and vocational services. In her new role, Moker will provide direction to three Curative Service lines – adult day services, case management services and vocational services.
College Possible Milwaukee added Amanda Leigh Albert and Suzie Considine as high school program coordinators. In addition to organizing the nonprofit’s program initiatives targeting low-income high school students in Milwaukee, Albert and Considine will supervise eight AmeriCorps members acting as coaches for students served by College Possible. Albert previously spent two years teaching middle school under Teach for America. Considine previously worked for College Possible Milwaukee as an AmeriCorps college coach and also served as a youth employment specialist and youth programs specialist at Commonwealth Inc., a nonprofit in Madison.

C2 Graphics Productivity Solutions, headquartered in Milwaukee, added Shelley Owen as a talent administration specialist. Prior to joining C2, Owen worked as an employee services specialist at Lands’ End Inc. in Dodgeville. In her new role, she will work with clients and help fill open job opportunities. She will also direct job candidates in the application and qualification process, set up interviews and maintain contact with clients to ensure they have a positive experience.

New Resources Companies, of Milwaukee, recently hired Carolyn Cianciolo as relationship manager. In her new role, Cianciolo will work to secure new business leads and sales opportunities as well as build B2B relationships with managers and executives.
