Reilly, Penner & Benton LLP has hired Brad Voght as a tax manager in Milwaukee. Voght spent the past 15 years as chief financial officer of Westridge Builders in Waukesha. In his new position, he will manage the firm’s expanding tax department.

Banking & Finance

Valuation Research Corp. has appointed Daniel Peterson vice president of business development in its Milwaukee office. Most recently, Peterson worked as a financial advisor with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management in Waukesha and, prior to that, served as an attorney at The Schroeder Group, s.c., as well as at Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren s.c. In his new position, he will focus on assisting corporations with their valuation needs for mergers and acquisitions, fair value reporting, and fairness and solvency opinions. He will also work with private equity sponsors and other asset management and financial services firms on fair value reporting and valuation of complex assets.

First Bank Financial Centre, headquartered in Oconomowoc, has added Brian Mangold to its team of commercial lenders. Mangold has more than 15 years of experience in the financial industry. He most recently provided SBA loans to area businesses, and his career also includes work with commercial real estate and commercial and industrial customers.

Environmental

Advanced Disposal, of Muskego, has named Doug Coenen Midwest region landfill manager. Coenen has 33 years of experience in the solid waste industry. He most recently was the director of two landfills for Waste Management. At Advanced Disposal, Coenen will direct operations for 11 landfills in Minnesota, Missouri, Illinois and Wisconsin. He will focus on acquiring and maintaining permits, sustaining compliance, enhancing environmental performance and building on operational efficiencies.

Gaming

Potawatomi Bingo Casino has added Thomas Malloy as assistant general manager, chief marketing officer. In this newly created position, Malloy will have oversight of the casino’s marketing, player development and public relations departments. Potawatomi also recently hired Debra Prince as player development manager. In this role, Prince will direct the VIP Services department and will work to build relationships with casino guests while enhancing their experiences at the casino.

Economic Development

The 30th Street Industrial Corridor Corp., of Milwaukee, has named Rob Hanson economic development coordinator. In this role, Hanson will focus on community outreach initiatives and seek new opportunities for the corridor. He will also help with day-to-day operations. Hanson previously served as an intern for the corridor. He also has conducted survey work in the Milwaukee County Parks System and has served as a GIS teaching assistant at Milwaukee Area Technical College.

Health Care

Rogers Memorial Hospital, of Oconomowoc, has promoted Dr. Matthew Kleban to medical director of the adolescent inpatient unit at its Milwaukee/West Allis location. In this leadership position, Kleban will consult patients, oversee physicians and clinical staff, and guide integration with other programs to ensure consistent patient care. Kleban is board certified in psychiatry and in child and adolescent psychiatry and has been part of Rogers’ psychiatric team since last May.

Post Acute Medical Specialty Hospital, of Milwaukee, has appointed Terry Kepler chief executive officer of its Milwaukee Long Term Acute Care Hospital (formerly known as Kindred Hospital). Kepler has more than 20 years of experience in hospital administration.

Interra Health, headquartered in Brookfield, has appointed Rick Larson vice president of sales. Larson has 25 years of experience in sales and marketing. He most recently operated his own sales and marketing consulting practice. In his new role, he will expand workplace wellness and onsite clinic services in collaboration with health care organizations.

Dr. Wade Fischer has joined the Medical College of Wisconsin as associate professor of cardiothoracic surgery. Fischer, who also consults on patients at Froedtert Hospital, is board certified in general surgery and thoracic surgery. Among his clinical interests are cardiac surgery, heart and lung transplantation, and mechanical circulatory support. He most recently served as director of cardiovascular surgery at San Jacinto Methodist Hospital in Baytown, Texas, and as director of the ECMO program at the Methodist Hospital in Houston, Texas.

Freedom Physical Therapy has added Rebekah Podwidz as an occupational therapist at its Fox Point and Brookfield locations. Podwidz previously worked for Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush University and the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago.

Insurance

Diversified Insurance Solutions, based in Brookfield, has added Danielle Jaeckle as employee specialist, employee benefits. Jaeckle has about 10 years of human resources experience. Prior to joining Diversified, she was a benefits specialist with IHOUSE in Milwaukee.

Legal Services

Warshafsky, Rotter, Tarnoff & Bloch, S.C., located in Milwaukee, has added Keith Trower as an associate attorney. He has nine years of litigation experience.

Manufacturing

Regal Ware Inc., headquartered in Kewaskum, has added Tracy Pearson as senior vice president and chief financial officer. In this leadership position, Pearson will work to accelerate growth and improve operational processes with other senior management team members. She will also be responsible for financial reporting and will oversee the company’s finance and IT departments. Pearson has more than 25 years of experience in finance and operations.

TJM Innovations LLC, located in Milwaukee, recently named Mark Hamm director of operations and hired Dan Stromme as a graphic designer and web developer. Hamm will be responsible for oversight of all manufacturing operations as well as warehouse facility organization, building and grounds maintenance, energy and manufacturing efficiencies, and management of the job placement program. Stromme will focus on branding, advertising and marketing strategies across the company.

Nonprofit

Carol White, president of the Greater Brookfield Chamber of Commerce, has been elected to the board of directors of the Elmbrook Humane Society in Brookfield.

ABCD: After Breast Cancer Diagnosis, based in Glendale, recently promoted Judy Mindin to communications director. Mindin has been with the nonprofit organization for seven years, working in administration, special events and mission services. Most recently, she served as communications and development manager. ABCD also recently named Christina Berger its first development director. In this role, Berger will work to diversify the nonprofit’s resource outlets as well as expand the group of stakeholders invested in its mission. She will also direct initiatives around ABCD’s upcoming 15th anniversary.

The ProHealth Care Foundation, of Waukesha County, has named Dr. Melissa Thompson to its board of directors. Thompson is superintendent of the Swallow School District.

Real Estate

Greywolf Partners Inc. has hired Mia Fero as a broker associate in Milwaukee. In this position, she will focus on brokerage and investment real estate and will assist owners with the marketing, leasing and sales of their buildings and properties. Additionally, she will offer tenant representation services, helping business owners find accommodating spaces. Fero’s background includes more than eight years as a commercial and residential agent as well as experience marketing condominium, office and retail space.

Senior Living Communities

Saint John’s Communities Inc., located in Milwaukee, recently promoted Thomas Du Pree to manager of engineering services, a newly created position at the retirement community. Du Pree has worked for Saint John’s for 25 years. In his elevated position, he will direct day-to-day engineering operations and will be in charge of the retirement community’s engineering services staff. Saint John’s Communities also recently promoted Meighan Bentz from PM nurse supervisor to manager of the 24-suite assisted living neighborhood. Bentz will oversee nursing staff and day-to-day care delivery in assisted living to ensure quality care is maintained.

Technology

SafeNet Consulting recently promoted Jason Dobbs from technical solutions director to business development director in its Milwaukee office. Dobbs has about 15 years of experience in the information technology industry. SafeNet Consulting also recently added Cortney Ihde as business development and marketing manager and Angela Savasta as a business development manager in its Milwaukee office.

ARI Network Services Inc., headquartered in Milwaukee, has promoted Bradley Smith to vice president of product management. Smith has been with the company since 2007 and recently served as director of product management as well as general manager of aftermarket. In his new role, he will oversee ARI products and product management teams.
