Prairie Financial Group, a division of Waukesha State Bank, has added Christopher Menden as director of market strategy and development. Menden has more than a decade of experience in financial services. Prior to joining Prairie Financial Group, he served as director of estate and gift planning for the American Cancer Society. In his new position, he will work with prospective clients to reach financial solutions that meet their business needs. He will also assist nonprofit boards and staffs with fiduciary and investment services and will collaborate with investment advisors to provide trustee and fiduciary services.
Inlanta Mortgage Inc., headquartered in Brookfield, appointed Paul Buege to senior vice president of business development and strategic partnerships. Buege has more than 25 years of experience in strategic and sales management. Most recently, he served as senior vice president of business development at Shelter Mortgage. In his new role at Inlanta, Buege will lead the company’s development in joint venture mortgage partnership opportunities with real estate, builder and relocation management firms across the country. He will also oversee groups focused on business alliances, marketing services, service arrangements and sales.
Community Bank and Trust, based in Sheboygan, has promoted Scott Moseley to president and chief operating officer. Moseley has more than 18 years of banking experience in Illinois, Iowa and Wisconsin.
Wells Fargo Advisors’ Kenosha branch has added Andrew Fitzpatrick as a financial advisor. Fitzpatrick has 18 years of investment experience. He spent 15 years of his career at J.P. Morgan’s private wealth group and spent the last three years at Hinsdale Associates.

Bartelt The Remodeling Resource, headquartered in Delafield, has appointed Don Mitchen to project manager. Mitchen has 27 years of experience in home improvement and remodeling. He also has a background in finish carpentry and is lead-safe certified. As project manager, Mitchen will focus on collaborating with project designers, carpenters and clients.
Education
Carthage College, located in Kenosha, recently added Carolynn Friesch as director of internships and Julie Dresen as director of grants and foundation relations.
Health Care
Madison Medical Affiliates Mohs Surgery Clinic has added Dr. Carmen Balding to consult patients at The Bluemound Center in Waukesha and the River Woods Outpatient Center in Glendale. Balding is board certified in dermatology and is trained in Mohs Micrographic Surgery, a procedure that eradicates cancerous cells from skin tissue. In her new position, she will provide skin care and surgery to patients in need.
ProHealth Care has added child and adolescent psychiatrist Dr. Eun Sun Paik to consult patients at its clinics in Mukwonago and Waukesha. Paik focuses on all mental health conditions and has a particular interest in evaluating patients with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder and ADHD. ProHealth Care has also hired endocrinologist Dr. Amina Hai to work with patients at its clinics in Brookfield, Mukwonago and New Berlin. Hai is board certified in internal medicine and specializes in endocrinology, diabetes and metabolism.
Insurance
Diversified Insurance Solutions, headquartered in Brookfield, has added Merari Sandino as a client services representative for employee benefits. Sandino previously served as a benefit specialist for Brookdale Senior Living in Milwaukee. The firm also recently hired Beth Sczerzen as an account manager for property and casualty insurance. Sczerzen has more than 30 years of experience in the insurance industry. She previously was an account manager for Johnson Insurance Services in Racine.
The Starr Group, located in Greenfield, has promoted Maureen Arndt to vice president of operations. Arndt most recently served as director of operations. In her elevated position, she will manage operations of The Starr Group’s personal lines, commercial lines and group benefits department.

Pitman, Kyle, Sicula and Dentice has added state Sen. Lena Taylor, D-Milwaukee, as a partner in its Milwaukee office. Throughout her legal career, Taylor has served Milwaukee as a public defender, and she also opened a general practice firm, Taylor and Associates Law Office. She has provided legal assistance to Milwaukee residents for nearly 20 years. In her new role, Taylor will represent personal injury victims and will also continue facilitating her free legal clinics in the city.
Quarles & Brady LLP has added Rachel Bryers to its Milwaukee office as an associate in the Health Law Practice Group. Bryers previously served as a senior law clerk in Assurant Health’s legal department.

The manufacturing company recently hired Doug Bailey as compliance education specialist in the professional development department, Brian Cramer as second shift supervisor, Bryn MacGillivray as food service manager, and Patrick Shanley as regional sales manager in the Midwest region.

Aurora Health Care and the Vince Lombardi Cancer Foundation board of directors have named Erin Hareng executive director of the Vince Lombardi Cancer Foundation. Hareng has more than 10 years of experience in nonprofit leadership and health care. She most recently served as Midwest director of fundraising and events for the Boys & Girls Clubs of America National.
