The Milwaukee Ballet has hired Chris Allen as the organization’s new marketing manager. Allen will manage the Ballet’s marketing efforts including audience communications, subscriber campaigns, media relations, Web site development and ticketing. Prior to his new position, Allen was the operations director for the Milwaukee International Film Festival.

MWBANK, Milwaukee, has promoted Lachelle Haney to lead representative in the client service department and has made some additions to its staff. Michelle Luckiesh was added as marketing manager, Shamik Watkins was brought on as a teller, John Vivian as trust officer, John Shaw Jr. as credit administration officer, Tom Kionka as a courier and Mike Fleming was hired as senior vice president of commercial lending in the Hartford office. MWBANK in Menomonee Falls added William Hickmann, and Michael Pretasky, Sr. to its board of directors. Hickman is president of Hickmann & Hickmann S.C., and Pretasky is the CEO of Skipper Marine. Associated Banc-Corp, Milwaukee, recently announced that Nick Papachristou has been named executive vice president and chief marketing officer, and Cynthia Minuti has been hired as senior vice president and director of retail marketing. Papachristou brings more than 20 years of experience in financial services product management, marketing, and relationship management. Minuti also brings more than 20 years of experience in sales, marketing and communications for the financial services industry to the company.
M&I Community Development Corporation, Milwaukee, has promoted Paul Fehrenbach to vice president and John Boritzke to senior vice president. Fehrenbach has been with M&I since 1985, and Boritzke has been with M&I Investment Management Corporation since 1983.

Mortenson Construction, Milwaukee, recently promoted Ben Anderson and Brad King to superintendents and added Rob Myers as senior project manager to its staff.
Construction Forms Inc., Port Washington, recently announced that Joe Ribecky has been named sales manager of its new Gulf Region, which includes Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, Oklahoma and New Mexico. Ribecky will oversee all sales activities in the new region, working with Con Forms distributors and concrete pumping contractors to provide pumping system solutions.
Poblocki Paving Corporation, Milwaukee, recently hired Jason Johnson. Johnson previously worked for DAAR Engineering, Milwaukee, overseeing many projects including the Marquette interchange. His new position with Poblocki Paving will include preparing and supervising the implementation of storm water management plans, permitting, asphalt and concrete projects.

Carberry previously taught middle school for five years at St. Charles Borrome in Milwaukee, as well as four-year-old kindergarten for half a year. Cedar Community, West Bend, recently announced that Tracy Ahrens as been hired as the assistant manager at Cedar Ridge Apartments. Ahrens has background working most recently as a construction coordinator for Kohl’s Corporate.

The Novo Group, Milwaukee, recently announced the addition of two executives to lead the company. Jim Long has accepted the position of president and chief executive officer, and Dave Galanis is Novo’s new executive vice president and chief operating officer. Long was most recently the CEO of ATC Transportation, Oakbrook, Ill. Galanis joins Novo from ATC where he was the executive vice president and chief financial officer and a critical part of the team which built and sold the company to Veolia North America.
