Oregon, Wis.-based Gorman & Company Inc. is building Frederick Lofts, a four-story, 100-unit apartment building at the northeast corner of Juneau Avenue and North 9th Street in the former Pabst brewery complex in downtown Milwaukee.
The apartments will have a mix of three live-work efficiencies, 77 one-bedroom, and 20 two-bedroom units. Rents will start at $1,450 for a live/work unit; $1,350 for a one-bedroom unit; and $1,750 for a two-bedroom unit. Construction will be complete in July 2015.
