Nercon Engineering & Manufacturing will end manufacturing in Oshkosh and consolidate production of its conveyor systems in a newer plant in Oconto.
Nercon has invested more than $5 million in equipment and upgrades at its Oconto location and is planning a 30,000-square-foot expansion of that plant. The company expects to add 15 jobs in Oconto over the next year.
The company also will move its corporate offices from its Oshkosh location to a new location, likely in Neenah or Appleton, vice president Steve Anklam said.
