Ogden acquires Holley Realty portfolio

Milwaukee-based Ogden & Company Inc. announced that it has acquired the portfolio of Waukesha-based Holley Realty Inc., a property management firm and real estate sales brokerage.
Holley Realty is owned by Kevin Oswalt, who purchased the company in 1994. All of Holley’s 13 employees, including Oswalt, will be joining Ogden & Company, said Susan Fellows, vice president of property management.
Holley Realty manages properties in the seven county southeastern Wisconsin area. Condominium management is by far the company’s largest division. The company manages approximately 2,600 condominium units. Holley also represents several individual real estate investors. The apartment management division manages approximately 425 residential apartment and commercial units.
Ogden is a full-services real estate company that offers services for residential sales, commercial sales and leasing, real estate management, real estate development, maintenance and construction.
Holley has a large portfolio in Waukesha County, an area that Ogden previously provided little service to. Therefore, the acquisition of Holley’s portfolio allows Ogden to extend its geographic reach into Waukesha County, Fellows said.
“We were fortunate to create a good relationship with Holley Realty Inc. and its president, Kevin Oswalt,” said Ogden & Company president and chairman Peter Ogden. “We are pleased that we could expand the company during this economic time, and bring a dozen new employees to the Ogden family of companies.”
