An affiliate of Newport Beach, Calif.-based Sabal Financial Group LP recently purchased the three-story, 48,000-square-foot Ryan Professional Center office building at 200 E. Ryan Road in Oak Creek, according to state records.
Sabal Financial bought the building for $2.88 million from Shorewood-based 200 Ryan LLC.
The building, located at the northeast corner of Ryan Road and Howell Avenue, was listed for sale by Dan Walsh of Siegel-Gallagher.
