Oak Creek officials recently approved plans for the first two buildings planned for the mixed-use Main Street portion of the Drexel Town Square project.
The buildings, one four stories and the other three stories tall, will have a total of 36,635 square feet of retail space on the ground floor and 64 apartments on the upper floors. The buildings, designed by Rinka Chung Architecture Inc., will be developed by WiRED Properties and Phelan Development. The buildings will be part of the 85-acre mixed-use Drexel Town Square project that is under construction southwest of Howell and Drexel avenues.
