Notable Women in Manufacturing: Roberta Brehm

Class of 2024

Since acquiring Waukesha-based Vyron Corp. in 2018, president and owner Roberta Brehm has led the HVAC manufacturer’s representative to achieve growth of more than 150% and expand its workforce by 60%.

“Her leadership has not only driven success for Vyron, but also set a new standard for women in manufacturing,” said Joy Gravos, president and CEO of Curative Care Network Inc.

Under Brehm, Vyron has been certified by WBENC as a woman-owned organization and has garnered both local and national recognition. Brehm hosts the Women in the Construction Industry Golf Outing to foster networking and growth opportunities for women in the field.

Brehm introduced “Vyron University,” an educational program for Vyron’s facility owners, engineering and mechanical contractor customer base to educate them on everything HVAC.

In 2022, Roberta launched the Vyron Community Foundation, which supports organizations such as the Salvation Army, Hunger Task Force and local food pantries. She also established a foundation for employee charitable contributions.

“Her leadership has created a fulfilling and rewarding environment for her team,” said Gravos. “Roberta’s dedication to her employees, clients and community has been profound.”
