Linda Kuklinski, director of Human Resources for Wisconsin Aviation for Milwaukee, Madison, Juneau and Watertown, has concentrated on employee accountability and overall fairness.
She is a resource and trusted advisor with internal stakeholders and has established well-respected relationships with external partners, according to colleagues.
With 20+ years of experience in management, development and implementation of standardized programs that drive innovation and employee engagement, she is an innovative problem solver with strong communication skills.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, she handled all of the related issues and kept employees well informed.
