Ray Hoffman, marketing director at Wauwatosa-based Current Electric Co., has provided effective leadership within his department.
Current Electric has provided generator and solar services to properties throughout Milwaukee and surrounding areas for 35 years.
With a consistent double-digit increase in sales and lead goals almost double what is expected, there is no stopping Hoffman, colleagues say. In addition to running the marketing department, Hoffman is also in charge of Current Electric’s branding and larger strategic vision for marketing.
Outside of the office, he participates in many organizations including being a board leader for both the Metropolitan Builders Association and the Wisconsin Builders Association. In 2015, he assisted in the creation of Operation Finally Home in Wisconsin and became the first volunteer and a leader of the organization.
Before joining Current Electric in 2019, Hoffman worked as the lead brand ambassador for Capital Heating and Cooling in Menomonee Falls and as senior director of Paragon Marketing Group in Oconomowoc.
