Notable BIPOC Executives: Sherrice Harrell

Class of 2025

Sherrice Harrell, chief administrative officer of Brookfield-based Community Care Inc., has helped increase participation in CCI’s retirement plan from less than 50% to 85% in a few years.

In 2024, Harrell led the opening of CCI’s Belle City Adult Day and Health Center, a care center for individuals enrolled in PACE and those who are aging and living with disabilities in the greater Racine area.

“Harrell will continue making big moves in 2025 as CCI expands its services to additional Wisconsin counties, including Adams, Waushara, Marquette, Green Lake, Columbia, Dodge and Jefferson,” said Sarah Kotlan, senior account manager at Kane Communications Group.

Harrell has served on the board of directors at Industries for the Blind and Visually Impaired, a nonprofit dedicated to creating employment opportunities for blind professionals.

She also is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management and the Wisconsin Healthcare Human Resources Association, where she supports the advancement of her field. Harrell also previously served on the board of Canticle and Juniper Courts, helping to provide affordable housing for seniors and individuals with disabilities.
