Carlo Emanuele oversees more than $150 million in revenue as executive vice president and general manager of Graham Professional, a division of Green Bay-based Little Rapids Corp.
A Carroll College alumnus, Emanuele has a similar track record across multiple roles, according to Samantha Maldonado, principal at Chaska Consulting. He holds three design patents from his product development work.
Previously, Emanuele led divisions at Chicago-based Levata generating more than $125 million in revenue, achieving more than 10% revenue growth and 15% gross profit growth in 2021. Before that he worked for Milwaukee-based Brady Corp., where he raised the SPC business unit’s operating income from 6% to 18% in 12 months.
Emanuele serves on the board of Tuatara Consulting and has served on the Brady Foundation board and the Affiliated Distributors Supplier advisory board.
Beyond his corporate work, Emanuele has written an upcoming debut novel, “The Sins We Inherit,” which draws on his south side Milwaukee roots and Italian heritage.
