What has fueled your company’s growth?
“We have enjoyed organic growth that is the result of our team’s effort and commitment to servicing our clients and associates. As a result of pursuing a servant leadership model, we place our clients, company and team before self. Our desire to meet our clients’ objectives with urgency scripts our success.”
What is the biggest obstacle to your company’s growth?
“Our growth is only limited by the ability of our new staff to learn how to mine for the best talent available, while assessing the skill and cultural fit to make a desired match for the staffing user’s talents and needs.”
Do you plan to make any changes to your company?
“We will continue to add staff to increase market share in southeastern Wisconsin. We search to find the person who embodies our values and demonstrates the exceptional technical abilities to make the position and the person most successful. We intend to increase our presence in social media, as well as rolling out additional on-site client services.”
Who are the business people you admire?
“We have had the wonderful opportunity to learn from some of the best local companies as we endeavor to learn their businesses and understand their culture. We’ve seen firsthand how an engaged workforce and best practice culture can drive company growth and success. We admire these local companies for their recognition of their best asset – their employees.”
What is the outlook for the business conditions of your industry?
“We see a mixed picture in an uncertain environment. Staffing acts as a shock absorber in uncertain times. If the economy stays unpredictable, business may increase as a variable cost method to complete work and contain costs. But, we must experience GDP growth for our industry to have any prospects of continued hiring.”
What is your company’s most important growth strategy?
“Invest, with a long-term perspective and commitment, in staff development, new hires and exceptional service to clients – job seekers and staffing users.”
