A ribbon cutting ceremony was held last week to celebrate the completion of the 140-unit Beerline B Apartments development at the northeast corner of Commerce and Pleasant, just north of downtown Milwaukee.

The Italian Community Center recently selected a division of Marcus Investments LLC to do a feasibility study for the potential redevelopment of the ICC’s 15-acre property in the Historic Third Ward.
