Milwaukee-based Roundy’s Supermarkets Inc. on Saturday opened a new Pick ‘n Save grocery store at 7401 Good Hope Road.
Milwaukee-based Roundy’s Supermarkets Inc. on Saturday opened a new Pick ‘n Save grocery store at 7401 Good Hope Road, on the northwest side of Milwaukee. About 200 employees are working at the store.
The 101,125-square-foot store was relocated from 7830 W. Good Hope Road and filled a space that had been previously occupied by a Home Depot store. Roundy’s said the new store is about 40,000 square feet larger than the store at 7830 W. Good Hope Road.
“This allows us to give customers on the northwest side of Milwaukee an even greater combination of value and service,” Roundy’s said in a news release. “Customers will have a wider selection in the produce, deli, meat and seafood and bakery departments. The new store also is more environmentally friendly, incorporating energy-efficient appliances and lighting.”
