Milwaukee-based Mortgage Guaranty Insurance Corp. has hired Sean Dilweg as senior vice president-government relations. In the newly created position, Dilweg will lead the company’s Washington, D.C. government relations activities related to housing policy and help shape the discussion of the issues impacting the private mortgage insurance industry. He previously worked at CUNA Mutual Group as president of CMG Mortgage Insurance Co., and is the former insurance commissioner of Wisconsin.
Mukwonago-based Citizens Bank has promoted Amy Schahczinski to assistant vice president-information technology. Schahczinski has more than 20 years of experience in technology, and joined the bank in 2010. She was promoted to information systems officer in 2011 and took on oversight of all facets of information systems and technology in 2013.
Citizens Bank has promoted Dirk Helferich to assistant vice president-compliance. Helferich has more than 12 years of banking experience, as a manager and in audits, risk assessments and bank compliance. He joined the bank in 2011 as operations compliance specialist. Helferich was promoted to compliance officer in 2013.
