Michael Barolsky has been named legal compliance office and assistant vice president at U.S. Bancorp Fund Services in Milwaukee. He is to provide legal assistance in registration and regulation of exchange-traded funds and mutual funds. Barolsky previously practiced in the investment management group at Thompson Hine LLP.
