EPSI has hired Dean Calin as inside sales manager. He previously worked in the aerospace and machining industries. Calin is based at the Franksville headquarters.
Johnson Controls’ board of directors has elected John Murphy president of the Global WorkPlace Solutions business. He joined Johnson Controls in 1999 and most recently served as general manager of North America-Systems, Latin America, Middle East and Global Security. Global WorkPlace Solutions was spun out from the Building Efficiency segment on July 1. Murphy will report to Alex Molinaroli.
Peggy Gruettner has been named quality manager at Wixon Inc. She will manage the quality control department’s day-to-day operations and oversee the company’s quality improvement efforts. Gruettner previously served as quality assurance specialist at DSM, and is skilled in ISO 22000 training, 5S lean manufacturing practices and implementation of Good Laboratory Practices.
Dan Miller has been named director of sales at Alpha Source Inc. The newly created position was a result of the company’s significant sales growth in the last three years. Miller will lead domestic and international sales strategies and continue to grow sales. He has more than 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry, most recently in a leadership role at Hologic Inc.
