C.G. Schmidt will manage hospice renovation
Milwaukee-based C.G. Schmidt Inc. has been awarded construction management services for the $1 million renovation of Horizon Home Care and Hospice’s inpatient hospice unit at Columbia St. Mary’s–Ozaukee. The renovation includes updates to the approximately 13,000 square feet of space that Horizon occupies within the hospital, including; expansion of patient rooms; remodel of the entry sequence; and a new lounge and family space.
Waukesha-based Gerald Nell Inc. was selected by Hearst Stations Inc. to design and build a 6,000-square-foot secured fleet vehicle storage facility for mobile satellite trucks and storm chase vehicles at the WISN TV Channel 12 facility, 1900 W. Wells St., Milwaukee.
