New construction

Brookfield-based Briohn Building Corp.  recently completed the design and construction of a 80,000-square-foot manufacturing facility for Lake Country Manufacturing Inc., in the Pabst Farms development, at950 Blue Ribbon Circle in Oconomowoc. Briohn also completed the design and construction of an 1,800-square-fot tenant improvement for Dermatology Associates of Wisconsin S.C., located at S69 W15472 Janesville Road in Muskego.
