Milwaukee-based Inland Companies recently was awarded a 163,780-square-foot expansion project for Gateway Plastics Inc. at 5650 W. County Line Road, Mequon. In addition, Inland was awarded a 10,725-square-foot tenant build-out for The Business Journal in the Jefferson Building at 825 N. Jefferson St., Milwaukee, and a 7,972-square-foot tenant expansion for M&I Equipment Finance in the 250 Plaza Building at 250 E. Wisconsin Ave., Milwaukee.
Waukesha-based Campbell Construction was recently awarded the 60,000-square-foot build-out for Assurant Health, which plans to expand and renovate its space at Schlitz Park in Milwaukee.
Plymouth-based Jim Pankow Inc. has been awarded a contract to design and build a 1,780-square-foot expansion for the Ada Fire Department.
