West Allis-based Triad Construction Inc. was recently awarded construction contracts to remodel space on the Milwaukee and Oak Creek campuses of Milwaukee Area Technical College and an interior off space build-out for ESPN Radio in the Reuss Federal Building in downtown Milwaukee.
Brookfield-based Briohn Building Corp. was contracted to design and build a tenant build-out for KC Learning Center in One Mayfair Place at 2727 N. Mayfair Road, Wauwatosa. In addition, Briohn recently completed the construction of remodeling work for Coast Restaurant at 931 E. Wisconsin Ave., Milwaukee.
