Racine-based Bukacek Construction was selected by the Racine Unified School District to build a new, 2-story addition and interior renovation to Fratt Elementary School. The project is already underway and is anticipated to be completed in June of 2011. The addition will include a new library, cafeteria and classrooms. The renovation of the existing space will provide a new art room, band room and speech room.
Brookfield-based Briohn Building Corp., recently completed the design and construction of an 11,000-square-foot retail store build out for Erehwon Mountain Outfitter, a specialty outdoor equipment retailer, in the Greenway Station Shopping Center in Middleton, a Madison suburb. Briohn has also been selected by Farmer Brothers Coffee to design and build tenant improvements to their existing office and warehouse space at W232 N2960 Roundy Circle West, Suite 100, in Pewaukee.
