Brookfield-based Briohn Building Corp. has been contracted to design and build a 22,500-square-foot addition for Flexo-Graphics LLC, a printing company located at 12820 W. Glendale Ave., Butler. Briohn has also been contracted to design and build a 17,000-square-foot interior office addition for FedEx Smartpost Inc. at 16555 W. Rogers Dr., New Berlin. Briohn has also recently completed a project to raise the roof for the law Tanning facility at 1616 W. Pierce St., Milwaukee.
Waukesha-based The Redmond Company recently completed construction of a 12,500-square-foot space renovation at 3500 52nd St., Kenosha, for Citi Trends.
