Brookfield-based Briohn Building Corp. recently completed the design and construction of a 30,000-square-foot multi-tenant industrial building for Pabst Farms Development LLC at 940 Blue Ribbon Circle North in the Pabst Farms development in Oconomowoc. Briohn also completed an 8,000-square-foot tenant improvement in the building for Fastenal.
New Berlin-based Anderson-Ashton Inc. received a contract from Imprex Inc. for demolition and remodeling services at the former Evans Mattress and Furniture facility at 3350 S. 108th St., Greenfield. Imprex purchased the property to expand their manufacturing and warehouse operations.
New Berlin-based Titan Building Company announced that they have received a contract to build a 5,000 square foot office building for Dr. Kenneth Kerwin on 81st and Layton in Greenfield.
