Brookfield-based Briohn Building Corp., was contracted to design and build a 28,500-square-foot tenant space improvement for Hamacher Resource Group at W229 N2510 Duplainville Road, Unit #1 in Pewaukee. In addition, Briohn has recently completed the design and construction of a 21,210-square-foot office and warehouse facility for R & M Distributing at 3330 Gateway Road, Brookfield.
Milwaukee-based Inland Construction recently completed a 3,500-square-foot tenant improvement for Perfect Mattress Inc. at 3020 S. 108th St., West Allis, and a 6,788-square-foot renovation project for the Hawthorne Hill Barn at 16370 Small Road, New Berlin.
