Oconomowoc-based MSI General Corp. was selected to design and build a new athletic field, concession stand and locker room building for St. John’s Northwestern Military Academy in Delafield. Construction is expected to begin in April, with completion by the 2010 football season.
MSI General was also selected to design and build a 2,300-square-foot tenant build-out for Curve’s in Oak Creek.
Mukwonago-based Campbell Construction was awarded a contract to build out a retail space for CiCi’s Pizza Restaurant, in the former Panchero’s Mexican Grill space, at the Shops on 100, 2923 S. 108th St., West Allis.
