Brookfield-based Briohn Building Corp. was hired by Annex Wealth Management to do the design and construction work for a renovation of Annex’s building at 12700 W. Bluemound Road, Elm Grove. The project will include a 13,700-square-foot build out for a new office suite for Annex. Briohn was also chosen by Philipp Lithographing Co. to design and renovate their office space at 1960 Wisconsin Ave., Grafton. Briohn also completed the design and construction of a building addition and grocery store renovation for Pick ‘n Save at 2811 18th St., Kenosha.
Wauwatosa-based Selzer-Ornst Company is doing the construction work for a strip mall owned by Cobalt Partners LLC at the corner of Mequon and Port Washington roads in Mequon, and for improvements to the playground at Hart Park in Wauwatosa.
