New construction

Waukesha-based The Redmond Company was hired for programming and design for a 54,000-square-foot, three-story retail bank and office building for Hometown Community Bancorp Inc. in East Peoria, Ill.

New Berlin-based Anderson-Ashton Inc. was awarded a contract to design and build a 50,000-square-foot addition for C.I. Banker Wire and Ironworks at 600 Perkins Dr., Mukwonago. Work is underway.

Skokie, Ill.-based The Missner Group was selected to construct a 22,000-square-foot build-out for Catalyst Exhibits at the company’s new location in a 145,000-square-foot building at 7809 100th St. in Pleasant Prairie. The project includes a 15,000-square-foot space for corporate offices and design studios and an 8,000-square-foot printing room.

Oconomowoc-based MSI General Corp. was selected to do the design and construction work for the remodeling of a building on North 18th Avenue in West Bend, which will be occupied by a Sendik’s grocery store.

Milwaukee-based KVG Building Corp. recently began construction for Fava Tea Co. at Greenfield Place shopping center, 5012 S. 74th St.
