Milwaukee based KVG Building Corp. recently finished a complete façade & some showroom renovation for the John Amato Nissan dealership in Glendale. Perspective Design Inc. provided the architectural services. Other recently completed KVG projects include the complete gut and renovation of the Downer Garage for Wangard Partners on North Avenue in Milwaukee (TWP Architecture provided design services), two Manpower branch offices in downtown Milwaukee and Pewaukee and two CVS Pharmacies in Madison and Normal, Ill. KVG Building Corp. also recently started the several construction projects: The City Market for a complete gut and renovation on Silver Spring Drive in Whitefish Bay, Total Health Nutrition Center for their medical offices and retail store on Appleton Avenue in Menomonee Falls (with TWP Architecture providing design services), and two new CVS Pharmacy stores in Kenosha and Muncie, Ind.
Waukesha-based The Redmond Company recently began construction of a 15,870-square-foot Gordon Food Service Marketplace store in Mt. Pleasant. The project is expected to be completed this summer.
