New construction

Brookfield-based Briohn Building Corp. has been contracted for the design and build a 26,424 SF warehouse addition for JTS Direct, located at 1180 Walnut Ridge Dr., Hartland. Briohn has also been contracted to complete the design and construction of multiple renovations for MEC Midwest, including re-facing the exterior office area and the demolition and creation of a new lobby. MEC Midwest is located at 5855 N. Glen Park Road, Glendale.
