Teleflex will move into a new spec industrial building developed by Zilber Property Group.
Waukesha-based Gerald Nell Inc. was selected by TMJS LLC to renovate and build out a 20,000-square-foot facility at 13250 Shenandoah Dr., Menomonee Falls, for Northway Fence Inc.’s operations.
Wauwatosa-based Selzer-Ornst Company was selected by PNC Financial Services Group to complete the construction of a new stand-along PNC bank branch facility on State Street in Wauwatosa.
