Brookfield-based Briohn Building Corp. has been contracted to perform the design/build construction of an 18,000-square-foot addition for Fabricated Metal Products Inc. at 3240 East Van Norman Ave., Cudahy. Briohn has also completed the design and construction of two clean rooms for Medovations, Inc., a medical device manufacturing company located at 102 E. Keefe Ave in Milwaukee, and construction of a 1,400-square-foot specialty cupcake store, Gigi’s Cupcakes, at One Mayfair Place in Wauwatosa.
Keller Inc. was contracted by Arrow Diversifield LLC to remodel the former Mitsubishi dealership at 6133 S. 27th St., Greenfield, into a Tri-City Hyundai dealership. Construction will begin on March 19th and is expected to be completed late spring, 2012. Keller was also contracted to build an 832-square-foot addition for B.P. Kenosha Travel Plaza at 11800 Burlington Road. Owner Paul Bhardway is building the addition for extra storage space. Bhardway recently added a George Webb Restaurant on the other side of the store and is in need of additional storage space for product. The parking lot will also be expanded. Construction will begin in February, and is expected to be completed by April.
