Downtown Kenosha Inc., an organization dedicated to the revitalization of downtown Kenosha, hired Christopher Naumann to serve as its executive director.
Naumann is leaving his current role as the executive director of On Broadway Inc., a main street organization in Green Bay.
“We are very happy that Christopher has accepted this opportunity with our organization and our community,” said Downtown Kenosha board chair Paul McDonough. “His experience and success in growing and managing a similar organization in Green Bay makes him an ideal fit to lead DKI.”
Naumann has been the executive director of On Broadway for nearly five years. During that time, he has helped lead numerous revitalization efforts and events including the Titletown Brewery expansion, the Platten Place renovation, and the growth of the ever-popular Farmers’ Market On Broadway- the second largest farmers’ market in the state of Wisconsin. Prior to his work at On Broadway, Naumann worked as an architect and planner and was part of many projects including the $1 billion expansion of the Mall of America.
