Pewaukee-based M&M Office Interiors has acquired Middleton-based Paragon Business Furniture Group.
Paragon, located at 8720 Montclair Drive, has 22 employees offering business furniture installation nationwide. It will change its name to M&M Office Interiors and become a branch of the company. The move will allow M&M, which has 18 employees, to expand into new regions.
M&M plans to add new employees at both locations, said Timothy Rudd, president and owner of M&M. He would not disclose the purchase price.

Both M&M and Paragon are Haworth-preferred dealers.
