Milwaukee Film Festival attendance up 10 percent

Attendance at the seventh annual Milwaukee Film Festival was up 10 percent this year to 70,885 attendees.MKE_film_subhead_aboutus_resized

The 2015 Milwaukee Film Festival was held from Sept. 24 to Oct. 8 at the Landmark Oriental Theatre in Milwaukee, Landmark Downer Theatre in Milwaukee, Fox-Bay Cinema Grill in Whitefish Bay, Times Cinema in Milwaukee and Avalon Theater in Milwaukee. More than 300 films were shown during the festival.

The Milwaukee Film Festival is organized by Milwaukee Film, a nonprofit group.
