Milwaukee Electric Tool Corp. is making numerous major improvements to its headquarters campus at 13135 W. Lisbon Road in Brookfield.
The centerpiece is the construction of a $35 million, four-story, 200,000-square-foot office building.
Other projects include: a façade renovation of the existing 183,000-square-foot brick headquarters building, a 20,000-square-foot expansion of the Rapid Innovation Center and a 10,000-square-foot addition to the annex building on the campus.
The improvements to the brick headquarters building will include replacement of its “wings” with steel-framed, glass-roofed canopies. The Rapid Innovation Center expansion will more than double its size and will also include a façade upgrade.
