Milwaukee developer to build apartment building in Green Bay

Milwaukee-based Dermond Property Investments plans to build a $14 million, seven-story apartment building with 93 units and 3,000 square feet of retail space at 105 N. Washington St. along the Fox River in downtown Green Bay.

The city’s Redevelopment Authority approved a development agreement for the property this week. Construction is expected to begin by the end of the year.
