Downtown Milwaukee law firm Michael Best & Friederich has renewed its lease at 100 East Wisconsin Ave.
The firm has signed a five year lease for 89,725 square feet of space in the downtown office tower.
Steve Steinmeyer, Jack Keenan and Dan Jessup of Jones Lang LaSalle represented Michael Best in this transaction and Kevin Armstrong and Steve White of CBRE represented the landlord, CommonWealth REIT. The property is managed by Reit Management & Research LLC, Real Estate Services.
