Chicago company acquires Hartland firm

Chicago-based Epazz Inc. has acquired Intellisys Inc., a Hartland company that specializes in integrated plant control applications.

Intellisys’ unaudited revenue for 2009 was $351,355. Intellisys has more than 120 active customers, which pushes Epazz over the 200 active customer milestone. Most of Intellisys’ customers are local, city and state governments.

Epazz also recently completed and announced the acquisition of AutoHire, a leader in applicant tracking system.

"Our revenue for Epazz in 2009 was over $360,000, now with AutoHire and Intellisys software programs being part of Epazz’s product portfolio, we will have our third straight growth year," said Shaun Passley, chairman and chief executive officer of Epazz, Inc.
